Thank you for your interest in enrollment at St. Mary Catholic Community School. Our online application will be live on WEDNESDAY, February 5, 2025 at 8:00 AM. Prior to applying, please be sure to have the following documentation ready to submit electronically:

Birth Certificate

Baptismal Certificate (can be provided later if applicable)

Immunization Record to Date

Most Recent Report Card (grades K-8 only)

Most Recent I-Learn, NWEA, or other Standardized Test Scores (grades 1-8 only)

Interview will be required for students grades 6-8 (will be scheduled shortly application submitted)

If your family is applying for an INDIANA CHOICE SCHOLARSHIP, in addition to the items listed above you will also need: Completed 2025 Federal Tax return (Page1) and a Choice Scholarship registration form.
