Thank you for your interest in enrollment at St. Mary Catholic Community School. Our online application will be live on MONDAY, February 1, 2027 at 8:00 AM. Prior to applying, please be sure to have the following documentation ready to submit electronically:

Birth Certificate

Baptismal Certificate (can be provided later if applicable)

Immunization Record to Date

Most Recent Report Card (grades K-8 only)

Most Recent I-Learn, NWEA, or other Standardized Test Scores (grades 1-8 only)

Interview will be required for students grades 6-8 (will be scheduled shortly application submitted)

Proof of church affiliation for documents needed. 

If your family is applying for an INDIANA CHOICE SCHOLARSHIP, in addition to the items listed above you will also need: Completed 2025 Federal Tax return (Page1) and a Choice Scholarship registration form.
