Teacher Appreciation Walkathon:
Over the past several years St. Mary’s school children have held a “Teacher Appreciation Walkathon” to raise funds and visibly show their thanks and appreciation for the teachers at St. Mary’s. The walkathon is organized by the Parish Council. Students walk through the streets of Crown Point letting all in the area know that we have the greatest teachers at our school. If you are interested in showing your support for our teachers with a cash donation please contact principal, Tom Ruiz or call him at 219-663-0676 for further information. All monies raised will be given to the teachers who dedicate their lives to providing a Catholic education to the children of St. Mary’s.

St. Mary’s Home and School Association is pleased to announce our Corporate Caring Sponsorship Package. Every year our 8th grade class makes an annual trip to our nation’s capital. It’s a St. Mary’s tradition. Unfortunately, some students miss out on this “trip of a lifetime” with their classmates due to lack of finances. Your donation will provide a scholarship for a deserving student.

Smartboards have become a valuable teaching tool. Our K-8 classrooms are equipped with Smartboards and interactive projectors. Pre-K and Junior Pre-K are the final two rooms to receive an interactive Smartboard. Your donation can make this happen for our youngest Wildcats.
