Math Bowl Team

The Math Bowl  team competes in two competitions, one in January and one in February.  At these competitions students are asked to perform different mathematical skills to answer a series of questions. The competition consists of four rounds with eight questions of increasing difficulty. Students work in a group of three to answer the questions. The team is open to all fifth and sixth graders and caps at 16 students. At our meetings we review mathematical formulas and practice answering multiple choice math questions.
