The St. Mary’s Math Bowl team is back! Beginning in February, twelve fifth and sixth grade students have practiced advanced math problems in preparation for their April competition. The team includes: Coach Wadas, Coach Williams, Ayumi Artis, Ana Bairaktaris, Victoria Brezden, Luke Howard, Nick Johansson, Sean Johansson, TJ Raggs, Kassidy Tran, Luca Trajkovski, Karyssa Urbanek, Olivia Valdes, and Joey Wysocki.
The competition was a series of four rounds; each round involved eight questions that students answered. St. Mary’s students worked together and placed second in their division! SMS is proud of its Math Magicians!
